Paula Granda Ojeda (she/her) is a spatial practitioner and researcher based between Berlin and Ecuador. Her work is situated at the intersection of critical studies and the transdisciplinary research between architecture and other practices. With a strong interest in building spaces that question and open up discussions about current infrastructures, her work is characterised by graphic-analytical research, film production and urban interventions.
Her focus lies on decolonial practices highlighting the social and planetary responsibilities that we as human beings carry out in our everyday practices.
After studying at the msa | Münster School of Architecture and at the ntua | National Technical University of Athens, she completed her Master's degree at the UdK Berlin, where her thesis was awarded the Max Taut Prize 2023.
Since 2022 she is part of the research team of the Chair of Urban Anthropology at the HU Berlin as a student assistant for the research project Urban Development via Public-Civic Partnerships.
